This privacy statement applies to the processing, in particular the collection, management and use, of your personal data as a natural person by Sven Seurynck of Bvba CS70

By personal data we mean all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. This concerns data that you have provided to us yourself, that we assign to you for the use of our products and / or services, which we obtain through the use of our products and / or services.

Legal grounds for the processing

Internally, we take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, both in our offices and / or via our webshop. For example, we employ the necessary firewalls that protect external access from the outside, a strict password policy is applied. We ensure that our employees and processors only have the necessary data that they need in the performance of their assignment and that they treat that data in a secure and confidential manner.

If you are a customer with us, we also store your contact and billing information. This information is necessary for the collaboration to run smoothly.

Transfer to third parties

Only Bvba CS70 uses your data. We do NOT share your data with third parties.

Retention period

Personal data may of course not be kept longer than is necessary in function of the purposes for which they are processed. The retention period can therefore differ depending on the purpose.

has the right to view all personal data that we collect from you. You can have any incorrect or incomplete data changed or removed.

2.Right to be forgotten

has the right to have your data removed from our databases.
